Hands down the best dentist and dental office you will find. Dr. Joe is simply one of a kind -- a true family man and people's person. At my initial visit, Dr. Joe spent an hour chatting with me about everything you could imagine. Of course we spoke about oral health and my own "dental goals" and he sat down and reviewed all my x-rays and intra/extra oral photos with me. He even pulled up some of his past dental cases to show what kinds of things he could achieve with my smile. Dr. Joe seems to have found his calling in taking care of people and their smiles and he does it in such a careful and gentle manner. His office staff is top notch and there's a loyalty they have to their leader whom they love and admire.Susan was my hygienist and once again I was impressed with how thorough she was in both the cleaning but also with the helpful instructions she gave regarding home hygiene. Just when I thought I knew everything about oral hygiene, Susan was able to add new elements to my home care and my mouth has never felt better. I could list some ideas here but you should go in and find out directly from her!The staff is so professional from the first phone conversation to the courtesy reminders and the attempts to get me scheduled despite my own busy schedule. I certainly appreciate their above and beyond customer service. This team definitely exemplifies the Wow Factor.If you're reading this review you may be looking for a new dentist office.
