AAA Expert operated as a professional and courteous operation, I have recommended two members of my family to them.

So wonderful to have a responsive team who tells you "this is how it is" and gives you options for needed repair, instead of the norm "Can't drive this thing out of here unless we fix X and that will really cost you," and it does. Kudos to Dwight and team for being expert technicians, honest and forthright and just all around "good guys.

This shop is truly oe of the best around and in Central Phoenix. Professional and always goes the extra mile to provise superior customer service and value to their automotive customers. Thanks to Dwight for providing a high standard of repair and in helping me keep my 10 year old car running soundso I can keep getting some years out of it especially in this economy where buying a new car isn't going to happen.

I have had a long string of unacceptable truck repair experiences since moving back to Phoenix... Lies, poor work, over charges and unneeded work. A co-worker mentioned Johnston's to me when I had a large repair issue, I am so happy I took a chance. I was treated fairly and most importantly with honesty, they even called to say I did not need to do something I asked them to do (when does that ever happen?). When we need repairs all we want is good honest work at a fair price. That is exactly what I got from Johnston's PLUS some extra service you do not see much these days! This is the only place I will bring my truck for repair from now on. Thank You!!!
