When we moved to Phoenix form Sedona we were overwhelmed by the many choices of services in the valley. It was hit or miss to find a service contractor when we didn't know anything about them- small town vs. large city. So when we needed glass replacement we went to the phone book where we found pages of glass contractors.We were very fortunate to call Jocoran Glass, just by chance, and we were not disappointed. Not only was their bid the most reasonable, their professional service and timely schedule was first class. We wouldn't consider anyone else. Thanks again to everyone who helped us, from installers to accounting to Helena who helped coordinate .

I recently updated our Master bathroom from a framed shower enclosure to a frame less shower enclosure. Not knowing what was available I contacted Jocoran Glass and they sent an individual out to 1 see what I had and 2) show what was available in the frame less models including the various types of glass that could be installed. They also told me BEFORE they started that since the old enclosure was installed on Corian that the screw holes would have to be filled and that their could be some discoloration where the old enclosure covered the Corian for over 10 years. This was GREAT to know before the job was started and not in the middle of the job. This way I could make a decision to get a new frame style enclosure or still go with the frameless. Knowing this I contacted Corian who said they could come out and filled the holes with Corian and buff the areas in question which I had them do and when the new shower enclosure was installed everything looked great but the IMPORTANT thing here was that I was told up front about the issues. Thus I am pleased with the results of our Master bath and we will be doing our second bath soonI would strongly recommend this company for their shower enclosures. Also, one of the big things with a company today is service after the installation. It seems they are always available to sell you something but when you need them to do a small adjustment they will get to you when they can squeeze you in. I needed to get the shower door adjusted slightly and they were their in a day or two. That's when you know they stand behind their product and want it done right ASAP. GREAT JOB JOCORAN GLASS

Jocoran Glass recently replaced a pane of glass, which I had broken, in one of my French doors, in a most courteous and efficient manner. This was a critical replacement, covering security, and I am most thankful for a job well done

We needed glass for a free standing shower that we were putting in our master bathroom. We asked for quotes from 3 glass installation companies.. One was a lot more then Jocoran quote, one thought it was a good idea to argue with us about their pricing and Jocoran, especially Helena, were quick with the quote, spoke to us to make sure they were giving us exactly what we wanted and the price was what we were expecting. They came to the house to do the measurements, and proceeded with the order. We set the date for them to install and they were there on time with everything they needed. We found that we wanted something else added and back they came a few days later to install that. They were so great that we asked them to measure for a screen for our sliding doors. They did than, got a price to us right away and installed it while we were out of town. It was so wonderful to deal with a company that not only wanted your work but completed each aspect of the job with precision and intelligence. I had a broken glass in my house and I called for a repair they came out as soon as possible. They were polite, clean and on time.

They did an excellent job. I called them one day about my China cabinet needing a middle glass door replacement. Took the frame in next day around 10 oclock, they got it done by 1 PM and I went back and picked it up.

we had our home broken inot and jocoran gall were out here in 1 hour and my windows were repaired! i highly recommend a company like this to anyone.
