March 28, 2017 I shop at this store for several years and now come down from Payson once a month to shop. I have found the staff to be wonderful, except for the current manager Vicky, she really needs to go and far away, Robin, Vince, Sandy, Janice and many others which at this time I am not able to recall are just wonderful.

This store needs to have a Store Manager who keeps up on things. I went there today and it was a complete mess. I go for material and it was all disarray and messy. The girls who cut your materials are always grouchy, the man who works there on Wednesday is great, he should teach them how to greet their customers. I do like the Joann's in Gilbert and I'll probably start going there.

The worst store to go to. As another Customer mentioned, This is called the "racist" Joannes. Very True. If you are coloured, they treat you like Thrash. They think you don't understand English. The Store Manager & the Staff need to be sent home, if they can't do their job.

I sew for www.projectlinus.com and I sew all day long because I am unemployed. At a moment's notice I will go to Joann fabric and get just what I need. I can trust I will find what I need, every single time I go.
