Jane has counseled myself and my children on ways to communicate and work together in a more positive way. I have only seen her for short period of time but the transformation in my household is significant. I am so glad that I did my research on finding such a good psychiatrist. It truly has been a blessing. I have been reading her book. It truly is informative information that makes so much sense. Yes, after you!! I absolutely love it I Finally get it now!

I got Jane's Couple's Bonding Exercises video from her website store.My fiance and I are in a healthy happy strong relationship and the video just took us to a whole new level. We are already good at communicating and connecting but in the first couple of minutes we looked at each other and said, "YES, this is so right, every couple should be doing this."
Jane's video validated what we know already works and enhanced our bond.

As long as you are receptive and ready for change, she can guide you through any darkness into the light of your whole and healthy self.

Jane changed my life within just a few sessions. Even so, I continue to work with her and continue to transform my romantic and family relationships in a powerful way. Jane is kind and compassionate but calls it like it is, and has worked miracles for my life.

Sometimes her suggestions feel like a risk to me... but it's always those that cause the biggest transformation in my life. She NEVER pushes but, gently offers a new way of being.

Her office is welcoming, calming and very Zen and she creates a space of unconditional love and non-judgement. She sets an intention at the beginning of every session so as to not go off topic and has numerous concrete tools that I apply to my every-day life.

She has obviously honed her craft over 22 years as a counselor and each week gives me something new that causes immediate change for the better.

After her landscapers interrupted us and she got up and left in beginning of our session for like 15 minutes she had us do a couple of exercises (Talking Stick) and write down five things that are important to our relationship. By doing this I guess she completely figured out our 20 year marriage. Then she separated us so she could talk to us 1 on 1 by having me sit outside the room why she told my wife that she needs to get all Sexy up and go out and flirt with other men and go out with her girlfriends and that our marriage was pretty much over. Then she had my wife wait outside and called me in and told me that it was OK for me to just be my wife's friend & that we were not meant to be and that it was OK to parent or five daughters as just friends that there was nothing wrong with that. I told her that I absolutely love and adored my wife and when I met her that I knew that she was the one for me and again we been together 20 years. But I guess she figured out our 20 year marriage
