I have gone to Jack's Automotive several times. I would strongly recommend Jack's Automotive as one of the top auto repair shops in the Phoenix area. The owner Val Essert is an expert mechanic with many years of experience. In my personal experience, he has also proven himself to be honest, fair, principled, and he strives to run his business with the highest quality of service and integrity.

very professional, I dealt with the father and son.i bought a very nice used car for cheap.i explained my situation tothem and they were understanding of my needs.Will be doing my business there from now on!!!!

i called with my issue which was a harmonic balancer. i went to firestone first they tried to charge me 300$ for the part. i found jack's they found the part for only 120$ and they were able to do the work right away i am very satisfied and i would recommend jack's to everyone. especially those who pay high dollar for big companies that are killing your wallet. thank you jack's.
