4 stars. Good place to buy a car ! Good prices and Good selection ! Process is quick and all staff is wonderful. But I have my favorite auction - Repokar Auto Auction ! They have more variety of cars ! I am happy every time I make a purchase !

They made it very easy to sell my car, I even got more money than I expected!! Those girls rock

When I worked here (2004) this place was pretty honest and straightforward about their vehicles: EVERY SINGLE CAR AT THIS PLACE IS HERE BECAUSE THE INSURANCE COMPANY "TOTALED" IT, meaning they considered the car a complete loss and were simply trying to recoup their losses.You get what you pay for. Some of these cars are in pretty good shape, some are literally small piles of scrap metal.

First to respond to some of the other boneheads that posted reviews: Norman Olson: it's not this company's fault that you are dumb as a rock. The favorite American excuse "I wasn't told"... DUH... did you at least try to use your little brain? it's called Insurance Auto Auctions... why would it be called that? because insurance companies bring their cars there. What kind of cars would an insurance car try to sell? ummm WRECKED ONES! geez some people never use their brain.To the other woman: DUH... when your insurance company pays for your car to be replaced because you wrecked it, that car is no longer yours. They own it to sell to try to recover some of the money that YOU caused them to lose because of your wreck. So YES you should take your stuff out of the car. They usually give you a choice to keep the car and deduct the value from what you're going to get, but you probably weren't paying attention.About IAAI: I have purchased cars from this company before. I've bought 2 cars and the deals I got were excellent. It used to be possible to get a very good deal. Yes you had to pay for the repairs (helps to have friends in the auto repair/body shop industry). but you could get great deals on cars. The idea is that since the cars that end up there are there because of an accident, IF the engine wasn't damaged during the accident it is most likely in very good condition, as opposed to buying it from a used car lot where only God knows what has been done to that car. As the economy has gotten worse, a lot more people buy cars from places like this because they can't get loans or don't want the payments, or because they think they can get it cheaper. Nowadays it is much harder to find a good deal at these kinds of places. Either way you can get screwed. You can pay a dealer and a bank to gouge you with high prices and loan interest, or you take your chances here. Personally I hate dealers and banks with a passion, and I'd rather take my chances here. In the coming months I will attempt to purchase a vehicle (most likely from IAAI Phoenix) and will report about my experience.

I called your company they did not inform me that the cars that were brought in to your auction were cars that were involved in accidents I spent 200 almost $300 no one told me before spending that kind of money I feel that that was the worst ripoff in my life.

So, someone puts a bad review and then all of a sudden a so called pastor, puts a review. Oh, and this pastor doesn't even write anything? But, he does leave 5 stars. Hmmm. This really makes me question the credibility of this company if the employees are doing this too get better reviews.

I was in a car crash on 5-31-2010 and yes my car was a told loss but my insurance company had my car brought to this company and right from the start they treated as if my car was not my car and was there car i had not talked to my insurance company about what i wanted to do if i wanted to keep my car or let it go but insurance auto Auctions had gone thrught my car and took all my stuff out and put it in the trunk and a lot of my stuff was missing and all they told me was i should have removed all my stuff at the crash site and in my book you just dont have the right to treat people that had a bad thing happen to them and treat that way
