Our yard tree was infested with some sort of bug. We let it go too long and thought for sure we would have to have it removed. Juan said he could remove it but suggested he could save it through treatment. AND HE DID! For a very reasonable price, he treated the tree, came back as promised 2 months later and treated it again, and now the tree is thriving. We called him again to trim it and he did today with another treatment. Looks amazing! Juan, his crew, and receptionist are all true professionals.

OUTSTANDING, This company is excellent. Juan and his crew arrive on time, do an outstanding job, and their prices are very reasonable. I have called The Hungry Tree twice. The first time was for some ailing trees. Juan and the crew showed up, deep fed the trees and in 4 weeks I could tell the difference. They still have a couple of months to go, but things are headed in the right direction. The second call to the Hungry Tree was to have a HUGE tree trimmed. Again, Juan and the crew did an EXCELLENT job. I told Juan what my idea was for trimming the tree and he told me what he would like to do to make the tree look nice and not harm it. I gave him the go ahead to do it his way. He not only made sure my concerns were met, but went beyond that to make the tree absolutely beautiful. These guys are GREAT. Thank you Juan! I have 12 Queen Palms and for years I have spent counts of money on tree services/arborists and they have never really accomplished for them to look healthy until I heard of Juan Martinez from The Hungry Tree. They came out and fertilized my palms and not only that Juan also explained to me what to do to continue having my palms looking healthy throughout the year something none of the other arborist had ever done. I would highly recommend Juan and his crew due to the experience I have had with them and I will continue to call The Hungry Tree for any of my tree services from now on. I have known Juan for many years, calling on The Hungry Tree for my personal landscaping / tree expertise needs as well as for the needs of our Central Corridor HOA. Juan is honorable, extremely knowledgeable and hands on. He is polite and patient in his explanations, keeps his time commitments, has a crew that has been with him for a long time, and has provided me with a superb level of service and value. I think I have called on the Hungry Tree for ten years or more, and have them come regularly to assess, trim, fertilize, remove, replace, etc. Recently Juan and his crew replaced my entire irrigation system using high end components (not the cheap stuff from Home Depot, aisle 9) and the job was done on time and to the price quoted. I would highly recommend their work and their integrity.

I had my large Ash tree trimmed by a well known Arborist after a hard frost. This Arborist almost killed my beautiful tree, I finally heard about Juan from the The Hungary Tree. I called him, he came and cared for and saved my tree,since then he is the only one I trust with my trees. Juan has proved to us that there is no job to small or too big. Juan and his crew are honest, he is extremely knowledgeable and reasonable in his pricing. He is a very personable and trust worthy person. I've had nothing but great service from this company. They are knowledgeable about trees and honest in price. Recently our home was on one of the historic neighborhood tours and people kept asking about our trees and how we cared for them. I repeated we had the hungry tree company to take care of them.I'd say the illegal comment comes from a competitor and is only an assumptions which fuels racism.

This company was there for me when I needed them in a moments notice! They have done several jobs for me since then and I have never had an issue with things being a mess or trees not making it. They are up front and honest about everything. I will be a loyal customer for as long as I have trees! As for the other persons comment on their workers being Mexican and illegal how would you know if they were illegal did you run their names through the FBI? Grow up people like you are the reason we have race issues in this country. I hate to break it to you but not all Mexicans are illegal and if you don't like Mexicans then move out of AZ!

I have used The Hungry Tree for 4 years and couldn't be happier. Prior to finding Hungry Tree I used other companies, including just the off person who came to my door. Until I found The Hungry Tree, my Queen and Pigmy Palms were dying. Now they are the picture of health.

These guys came to my house with several illegal Mexicans and killed two of my trees as well as leaving ruts all over my yard from their trucks. They also scattered my yard with garbage such as empty water/soda bottles with labels printed in spanish and empty lunch bags, garbage bags, etc. I highly recommend not using this company if you want your yard to not be destroyed let alone improved.
