Where do I start..... From my first call to the Homestead Kennels, they treated me with lots of respect and gave my call lots of attention. I made a visit to their facility before I decided for sure if I wanted to board my beloved dog (Miles) there for two weeks. The cleanliness and the friendlinesses of the place sold me. While I was away, my mother was able to visit my dog and gave me nothing but good reports. Also, when I returned home I was sent an email full of pictures of them playing with my dog. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone. Miles now has a new home away from home when ever I leave town.

After getting referred from our vets office we left our beloved 7 year old dog here. He was injured during his stay and did not reciveve ANY medical attention. We were notified, via email, of an incident which we were not to worry about - our dog was okay. Upon our return we noticed the severity of his injuries and brought him to our vet. He underwent surgery the next day - 10 teeth missing, severe infections and exhaustion (he lost 8 lbs). Homestead was contacted but denied any wrongdoing. We took them to court and won - all medical and court costs were awarded to us. Maricopa County Justice Courts - Case # CC2009-587008. Homestead Kennels was also contacted by the Better Business Bureau - they ignored the request to sort out this matter.

Awesome facility!: I have been so pleased with my pet's experience at Homestead. They truly enjoy the indoor/outdoor aspect and aren't forced to stay in a small cage indoors with no room to roam. Their HUGE dog runs make for a much more comfortable stay for my dogs while I'm away. The new owners have made a lot of improvements including adding a misting system! Thanks Homestead!
