I give this company no stars, the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I was accused of stealing from them, which I did not. I don't even know where this info came from, but owner Jim Thompson was rude and refused to even give me the courtesy of telling me why he thought this. No one should use this company. After 30 years in the business, and numerous accounts on good standing, it would have been nice to at least been informed as to why he thought this of me. Horrible company!

Caveat Emptor. Glass received was not as described. Unsatisfactory . Could not be used.

Attempt to find a fair solution for the buyer was not achieved.
