Can't believe the unprofessionalism and lack of customer care of this company. It seems as though this is one of the worst locations, but trying to resolve an issue with corporate is just as bad.



Had to wait an hour for a car. Didn't get to review my contract because the lady just handed it to me and said my car was in the stall and then walked away. This created a problem when I returned my car and thought I had prepaid fuel but it wasn't in my contract. Had to pay $160 for a tank of gas! Was told corporate billing/customer service would fix it. Called and was told corporate has nothing to do with charges and couldn't change it. Was referred back to Phoenix Airport. Have called a dozen times and left 3-4 voicemails over the past two days with no return. It feels like their phone just lives in a broom closet so no one has to answer it.



Can't believe this has yet to be resolved. I will never rent through Hertz again!

Terrible service. Tried to pull a fast one and switch out cars even though we asked for a specific type. Told us they didn't have the car we wanted. They finally found one for us and we waited 30 mins to finally get it. Thanks for the great start to our vacation Hertz.
