Dr Hayyeri himself was very caring , companionate ,
Professional. He is an expert in his field. I definitely recommend him. The staff is shared with another doctor in the office
are just okey. They could be nicer.

Terrible doctor... after waiting 2 hours for my appointment this guy comes in and tells me I'm okay without any evaluation or treatment. After about 6 minutes in his office he sends me out and tries to hook me up with the female receptionist. Very unprofessional

I first went to Hayyeri M Mich...

I first went to Hayyeri M Michael MD 2 weeks ago from today. My first impression was narcosis because as he walked in late into his practice and switched the business cards to have his name first. I waited 45 min. for my appt. When he finally did come in I was impressed he took the time to explain to me what non obstructive hydronephrosis was. I explained all the pain and vomiting I had been going through and gave him all my medical records in regards to previous surgeries and scans. He promised me that he would not give up and figure out what was going on with me. He ordered an ultrasound and I went and got it that day. I had to wait 1 more week for my appt. When I showed up to my appt. I was told he was in surgery and it would be longer than 1 hour to see him. So I left. As I walked into the lobby there he was standing in the lobby on a personal phone call. Not in a rush or anything, even though he was late. I went back up into the office and explained the Dr is not in surgery he’s in the lobby. They told me that there were lots of patients before me and it would be a long wait. I was an 8:15 AM appt. I asked how many patients could there be before me? They said “Well one. But they would prefer if I come back.” I asked when I could get in and they said one week was the earliest they could fit me in. I asked them to have the DR. read my slides and get back with me. I was able to see the report from the ultrasound and it stated mild hydronephrosis with improvement from the March ultrasound. When I got a call back later that day they proceeded to tell me that the ultrasound was great and showed no hydronephrosis. When I said it did they were silent on the phone. I was told that the DR would like to make a 3 month follow up. I started crying because I had been in so much pain and nausea and vomiting that I was not going to make it 3 more months not even 2 weeks. I asked for exploratory surgery so they could figure out what was causing all of my symptoms. She said she would call me back to schedule that. When she called me back she stated that the Dr said he could put in a stent. I asked if the Dr would also be able to see why I was having all the symptoms and she said yes. This is all on Wednesday exactly one week from my 1st visit. She told me that a women would call me on Thursday to schedule surgery. When I didn’t hear back I called on Friday. They said they couldn’t find my chart and asked me to spell my last name 4-5 time over the next week. I would get phone calls saying we are trying to schedule you in. And then get a phone call saying the Dr says you don’t need surgery. And then a phone call saying how’s Wed the 14th for stent placement. Back and forth for a couple days. When I asked to speak to the Dr directly to try to figure out what was going on he never called me. Instead he had his assistant call telling me that it is all in my head and the DR won’t help me. I ask you how do you know its all in my head or not with just a ultrasound. Ultrasound does not show scar tissue that may have formed blocking my kidney again. Or most kidney stones don’t show on an ultrasound. He didn’t even try to help me. He is basing his diagnosis off of one ultrasound and previous test done 3 months prior when I did not even have symptoms. I have wasted 2 weeks of my time being in pain and really sick. Some days not able to get out of bed the pain so bad. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. Don’t go. Save your money and your time. I went to ER last night and it showed kidney stones. If he had even had cared a little bit he would had known what I was going through and diagnosed me correctly.
