your staff needs work on working with taking better care of the costumer order it took me three one half months to get my shoes and I was the one who had to contact the insurance and I think I got 2 phone call them after I called the insurance and to hanger to let hanger know that the insurance did not get anything about the shoes

I have never experienced such in my life! I waited 1 hour and a half to pick up a flipping Pre-op shoe. This is ridiculous! So my foot surgeon already deemed it medical necessary and then you all find a way to bill my insurance company for an unecessary visit and consult. I could have order andarn show online cheaper than what you all charged me. Rip off to say the least.

Horrible company, terrible service, rude, cussed at me - harassed me until the amputation and then refused to provide care. Lied about expectations, refused to provide prosthesis I wanted and then called my doctor and lied after I fired them. Totally illegal - HIPPAA violation. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
