DO NOT RENT AT THIS PROPERTY!!! I wish there was an option to give this property NO STARS!!!

This property is beyond horrible!. The staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. None of them try to listen to what your have to say or what you need done for your apartment. I lived here for 14 months. Within these past 14 months they lost my check 7 times for rent, I had to cancel the check number and take time out of work to go get a money order. I had called maintenance several times with problems in our apartment and it would take them weeks to come out, claiming the maintenance order was never put in! At the end of my lease I had to stay an additional month because they claimed I never placed a 30 day notice in, even though I had the copy they would not take it! The worst part about this property is that, when it came time for me to rent into another home I was DENIED because there was an EVICTION on my credit history from Hampton Square! I WAS NEVER EVICTED!!... When i went to talk to the Property Manger she is refusing to FIX THIS MATTER OR WRITE A SIMPLE LETTER TO THE NEW PROPERTY RECOGNIZING HER MISTAKE!!.. THE ONLY WAY SHE WILL HELP IS IF I TAKE THE TIME TO GET MY CREDIT HISTORY AND GIVE HER A FILE NUMBER! SHE IS THE ONE WHO DID THIS SHE HAS THE INFORMATION BUT IT STILL TO THIS DAY (09/03/2013) When i finally presented her with a file number, she is stating that it is not the right one! There is always an excuse with this manager and property! THIS PROPERTY IS REFUSING TO HELP OR REMOVE THIS OFF MY RECORD!..... DO NOT LIVE HERE IT WILL BE A GREAT REGRET, GO DOWN THE STREET AND PAY THE EXTRA $50 A MONTH FOR A DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMPLEX!
