Do not use this company. After 14 years and no review of the house by the management company, I was charged $1300 when I moved out. Half of that was
the $694 deposit along with an additional $694 for "yard work", blinds and some miscellaneous items. The yard work was for $500. There was no grass when I moved in and no grass when I moved out. What yard work? They sent the notice
on June 26, 2018 and 6 weeks after that it was sent to collection which is charging an additional $600 for collections. A air conditioning unit was bought and installed by me because the evap cooling did not work after 7 years. They don't seem to care about that.

I give this bullshit ass company 1 star, which is 1star too many.

This company is a ripp off never rent from them, they are the true Meaning of Slum lords. This property that I'm in has BIG Central American Roaches, The AC keeps going out and they charge 15.00 to have maintenance hillbilly person to come out, one time the guy out 2x in one day and of course they charged for both times. They told me when I moved in that the carpet was cleaned , the carpet smelled like cat piss , so I called the office and told them, she totally ignored my concern. This place has no heat nor hot water due to the fact that they have the hot water tank and the furnace right next to each other, which is a hazard and Southwest has a tag from 2013, stating that gas cant be turned on until the issue has been fixed , well lets say the city of Phoenix will be sending them a letter for Violations .

Beware if you ever want your deposit back. I rented a house for a year and lease had ended. I left house in better shape than when I rented it. they still refuse to give me my deposit back after agreeing to refund deposit.. Do not trust them unless they put it in writing. I will never go thru them again. BEWARE EVERY ONE !!!!!

Money hungry, rude, and extremely unprofessional

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!! They misrepresent and do not give back deposits when they are due!!!! When they are taking your money they are very friendly, but just the opposite when it is due back to you!!!!! Not a good company to do business with!!!

If you want most of your deposit back - this is not the place to rent from. They deducted the cost of turning the utilities on out of my deposit so they can prep the house for the next person!!!! They also "estimated" the cost of several items without substantiating it with a receipt. If you are willing to part with most of your deposit - then do business with them. If you want to be treated fair -- bring your business elsewhere.
