We've just moved here from Idaho. We've ordered 3 times now. All the times our food has come 1- 1 1/2 hours late. Twice we haven't gotten all our food. This last time Thursday 4-14-16 we ordered 3 pizzas only got two, and our food didn't get here for 1 and hour and a half. I called them they gave me 15% off and apologized and said I could call this weekend and get two FREE pizzas. I called today to get my two free pizzas. They questioned me about why I was getting two free pizzas, I explained why we had that credit. The girl then talked to the "boss". The boss then said I couldn't get two free pizzas and that I could get one and one half off. That's ridiculous since I was already given the credit for the two FREE pizzas. I will never be ordering from this Gus's again.
