I should have written this when it happened, but better late than never.

Stay clear of this business! They sell a story and then send a low-paid tech to your home to program. I was at home alone when the tech showed up and got that something doesn t feel right feeling so I didn t answer the door. When their office called me later that day I replied that I was sick and wanted to cancel my activation of my existing system, they insisted that I had to pay for the service call --- that never took place.

they prewire my home for security before it bought it. so i called them. They've been helpful and quick with all my needs. I had ADT before I moved to Phoenix. I'm glad I found Guardomatic.
