I am actually furious with this company! When I called to have my windshield replaced I specifically asked that they give me the windshield with the "tint" strip at the top as I had previously. Jessica stated that she would make sure they did that for me. Last time I had my windshield replaced (by a different company) they made sure to give me the correct windshield. Today when they replaced the windshield they did NOT give me the windshield I had requested and when I called to speak with the manager to let him know about this issue he did NOTHING to solve this problem. This tint job was not after market like he stated. Any windshield company provides this windshield with the tint at the top. I will NEVER use this company again. Their customer service is awful and they do nothing to fix the issues! If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

I am very impressed w/ the level of professionalism they have and their team gave me all the answers i was looking for. I enjoyed my claim ..... haha i never thought i would say i enjoyed filing a claim ...
