I have moved a numbers of times over the years for business reasons. Some moves were okay and others not so good.

I used Graebel for my last moves and everything went like clock work. From the very first contact until the follow up after the move every person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The estimate for my move came in a bit lower than what the salesperson had given me, and soon after the delivery I received a refund. This was the first time I ever got a refund form a moving company.

I will tell everyone I know that is moving to use Graebel in the furture.

moved with them about a month ago.. sales person was great, movers were great, no "transportation charge" which most movers have, problem occured with billing.

the day after the moved we were charged the estimated time of 5 hours, however, the move only took 3 hours. there's a 4 hour minimum, so basically we were overcharged for 1 hour of labor, plus fuel charge of 5% of that.

I've called the billing lady twice a week and not once has she called me back. I finally got our sales person to help us, and still nothing.

Fast friendly service, but at a price that the company will chose after everything is done and said.
