While a resident at Grace HealthCare ...1) an attempt was made by direct care staff to steal my cash, credit card, and cell phone.2) an RN attempted to steal a narcotic medicine prescribed by my doctor.3) my oxygen line was sliced.4) this place is a lock up. Without doctor, nursing, and administrator approval, no resident may leave the building unless it's to discharge from the facility.5) very limited internet access for residents.6) direct care staff are rude to and talk harshly to residents for no reason other than to establish dominance.

While I was a resident at Grace HealthCare for 32 days, one staff member attempted to steal my cash, credit card, and cell phone. I asked that this Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) not be allowed to enter my room.



After I complained, then came the retribution. My oxygen line was cut; my cell phone charger was damaged so I couldn't charge my phone.



Internet use is suppressed there by management, but I was able to email my friend to rescue me from that dreadful place.

EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE THERE ESPECIALLY THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK NAMED MARI, I WOULD NOT WANT TO SEND ANY OF MY RELATIVES TO THIS PLACE SEEING HOW RUDE EMPLOYEES ARE, IF YOU HAVE A BAD STAFF I BELIEVE THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS BAD AND THATS NOT GOOD, I THIINK THEY NEED TO BE CHECKED OUT OR MAYBE JUST SOME EMPLOYEES.......VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, I WOULD OF LOVED TO WORK THERE BUT NOT NOW AFTER I HAVE ENCOUNTERED SUCH DISRESPECT FROM WORKERS AT THIS FACILITY.
