Don't ever buy from these crooks when u Buy all the parts they recommended and installed them exactly how they recommended there knock off parts don't even last three months and are overpriced! then you try to warranty they claim nobody in there whatever tell you how to install it and then go circles around 50 different reasons why they won't warranty it save your money go to Granger the first time don't give these crooks the time a day

They always seem to know what they are talking about---and you can't say that about every one these days? They also are THE way to get older MasterCool components, so that makes them great in my book.

Why can"t you put your evaporative coolers on your page so that people can see what you have in stock or what you can get? You know some people can't get around to see what you have in stock! This is why I ask, " Can't you put a listing of coolers that you have in stock on line like home depot does?" Thank You a concerned buyer!

I lived in Phx my whole life and have been to Gormans many times for cooler parts, I moved to Maricopa and I still go to Phx for my parts, Ive never been more satisfied, and very reasonably priced.

Just an FYI- the "pointer star" shows Gormans on the "eastside" of 35th ave. Should be and is on "Westside" of 35th Ave. My first experience was 2yrs ago, nothing bad to say. Just your typical blue collar guy behind the counter experience. I do have to go today or tomorrow and I'll share my experience if it is "terrible" or "fantastic" service. Chances are you won't hear from me, 'cause it'll probably be just blue collar service..., not great, not bad, just collecting a pay check service.

Had to have a new part for my cooler so I visited this store as it was closest to me. Dave Gorman assisted me in finding the right part however I am not as knowledgable in the Evap industry as he was and he knew that. I work a hard job like he does and I am constantly dealing with the public. There are people that know nothing about the product of the industry I am in and they trust in me to help them select the right product without making them feel like an idiot. Dave came off as crass and a bit of a "I know what you need, here it is, why are you questioning me? " Maybe he was having a bad day & wanted to go home but that shouldnt have come across to the customer. I returned the next day with a truck and my family to pick up the part and not only did my wife walk away from the counter due to his answers but my 12 year old child asked me why is he so cocky. If I hadnt needed the part so bad I would have gone else where. I will come here only as a last resort form now on.
