Found them on Craigslist. They were very affordable and eager to work. I"m glad I found them. Would use them again

Stay away from this company. Awful. I would give them zero stars, but that is not an option. They dump your items in a big box and bang up all of your furniture. To add insult to injury, they tell you its a flat fee but at the end they charge you a transportation fee and supply fee. Crooks!!! Hidden fees even though their ad says there are no hidden fees.

I do not normally take the time out of my busy day to write reviews; however, because of the exceptionally HORRIBLE service and treatment this company provided me, I really believe everyone needs to know. They arrived 4 HOURS LATE with only 2 guys when they promised 3. They did not bring the supplies they promised, such as packing material or wardrobe boxes. They were horrible about organizing my belongings in the truck and if my brother-in-law had not been there to assist, they would have had to take another trip! They broke my coffee table and washer! They took 9 hours when they should have taken less than 6 hours and did not even set up anything where it belonged as they promised. The owner had to come help them and send another guy at 9 pm!! To top it off the new guy they brought at 9 pm STOLE my iPhone and then they took my entertainment shelves with them since they left in such a hurry. The owner has promised to pay me for the phone, return my shelves and fix my washer--all of which he has not done and it has been a MONTH!! PLEASE PLEASE spread the word--DO NOT USE THEM!! They are thieves and are cheap for a reason!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR--JUST PAY A LITTLE EXTRA FOR BETTER SERVICE! I promise you will regret using them.

I read thier only comment on here before hiring them. I'm glad they did a great job for that lady, but as for what they did for my Dad and Step-mom, it was the complete oppisite. The owner went to thier home to look at how much stuff they would be moving and were told they also needed help to finish packing. He agreed to move them 141 miles and bring 3 men (one to pack and two to move) the next day and told my parents they would be there between 8-9 am. They showed up at noon, didn't help to pack to rest of thier things (they showed up with 2 men), complained about how far they had to drive, then tried to charge them an extra $135. Then they left without taking everything and didn't tell anyone they were going. I would not recomend this company to anybody.

I would rate them a+, my mom is getting up there in age, and she was moving from Sedona to Suncity West. They did everything for her, from packing, to the moving, to setting up her new place. They even took the stuff she wanted to donate to donation, and they changed her cable and electric over to the new place. I work over 40 hours a week, so i had no choise but to hire someone and will admit was very nervous with someone other then myself handling my mothers possessions but they were very careful and professional. I would 100% recommend them.
