I took Bill 2 family clocks that received his overhaul and both of these oldies, but goodies are keeping time perfectly. Great to have them home. Bill seems to love what he does and it shows. Wait until you see his cool shop FULL of clocks. You'll be happy you found him too.

My grandfather built me a grandfather clock in 1979. To my knowledge it had never been serviced until Bill Gesswein did so in 2014. His knowledge of the clock and mechanisms was top-notch. He walked us through what he was doing and what he recommended to improve and extend the life and functionality of the clock. His service was prompt, and when a follow-up was needed it was timely. Feeling very blessed to have found Mr Gesswein.

Bill Gesswein has been taking care of our four clocks for more than a decade. His professionalism, willingness, service, frankness and fairness continually astonish. In a world where the work ethic of many is "just to get by," Bill is highly refreshing. I will never have another master clock maker work on my clocks. I guarantee that he will please you and surpass anyone you have used in the past. But I don't need to ... He Will!!!!

I took my clock to another store in Scottsdale and after having it for months they never got it right. I then found Gesswein's Clock Repair. Bill took his time with me to explain what was wrong, gave me an estimate and did an outstanding job to fix my clock, it now works great! Since moving to the Valley in 1996, Bill of Gesswein's Clock Repair & Sales has done an amazing job taking care of all of the clocks that have been passed down to me though the generations in my family (Grandfather, Grandmother, table, etc.). I am beyond grateful for his expertise, professionalism and courteous/friendly nature. The repair time has always been impeccable, the pricing is fair and reasonable and I simply would never allow anyone else to maintain or repair my precious time pieces. Because of Gesswein’s Clock Repair and Sales I will be able to proudly pass these heirlooms down to my children so that they too may enjoy the melodic chimes and continue our family heritage. I have to tell you, this shop gets an A+ in my book. I have an antique German grandfather clock that other shops have tried to fix but haven't been able to get it working properly. Then a friend told me I should try Gesswein's and that antiques were their specialty. I called and they were out the next day to give an estimate and had my clock back to perfect working condition within 3 weeks! Not only fast but I paid what they actually quoted! They even called a few days later to check on it and answer any questions I had. I learned that I should have it maintained every 3 years too, good to know. I liked them so much that I gave them my grandmother's wall clock to fix and the result was the same. Thank you guys. It's nice to know that family heirlooms like these can be fixed with such care and professionalism. I definitely will recommend them to anyone who needs antique clocks fixed.
