They advertise $39.99 for a basic cleaning of 3 rooms up to 400sf. They advertise that all of their techs have "at least" 10 years' experience. Both are complete LIES!



When the tech got to our house, he tried repeatedly to up-sell us a bunch of services we were not interested in. When he finally got it through his thick head that all we wanted was the $39.99 basic cleaning, he told us that the "company would not allow" him to clean our carpets without us purchasing additional services. When asked how long he'd been cleaning carpets, he said "about two years now".



I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the AZ Attorney General. This company engages in fraudulent practices, stay away!
