Ruby was very professional in every aspect of the transaction. I had to change the pick-up date several times. She was quick to respond to the changes and rescheduled in a timely and efficient manner.

This was the first time I have gone through the experience of shipping my car, anywhere let alone across the country. I was very apprehensive, but Sue from Geiko Auto Carriers made the experience both easy and far less nerve racking than I thought it would be. From start to finish she communicated well and helped immensely to get the job done. Sue was absolutely fantastic and made this experience a positive one. The pick up scheduling was not very precise, but once the SRT was picked up it was handled very professionally and with a lot of care. Received it with no problems. Therefore i must say that in all the trucker provided a great service! Would recommend them anytime! Thanks a lot for a smooth transaction!

Excellent! Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. is a great company. Rebecca and the other Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. employees were great, understanding and very helpful. The auto transport company that transported my car was American Auto Transport. Because the car was being transported from Michigan to California, Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. told me that the latest that I may receive my car in California would be the first week of April. American Auto picked up my car on Monday, Mar. 18th and delivered it only seven days later on Monday, Mar. 25th. I will definitely recommend Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. to anyone who needs to have their car transported.

Tiffany was very helpful & informative from the first time I spoke with her, and she is the reason I picked Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. over other brokers. She understood I had a horrible experience 2 yrs ago with shipping the Wrangler from DE to WA and she assured me that Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. would not use the same trucking company which is located in Spokane.
