Be very careful and expect to watch and supervise everything! The owner talks a bit talk, but when he fails to deliver, he will come up with every excuse and not take any responsibility (ex. workers cutting corners , not doing what they were supposed to do, employee issues that the owner acknowledged, but used as an excuse rather than fixing the problem). The owner is a master at blaming issues on the client, the “ground”, the “water pressure”, but never himself and his business. When you do need them to follow up on matters, plan on placing many calls, letters and email before they will respond. This is NOT a company I’d recommend.
