It should be Zero stars. The lady that claims to be the manager in the WeSt Thomas store is rude. She talks over you when your trying to explain the situation an the guy @ customer service aka the warehouse is a joke. I was put on hold 3x''s an still got nothing accomplished. Don't do business with them.

CROOKS who sell crap and call it furniture!! Customer Service isn't just a joke, it is non existent. They will sell you a sofa with the poorest quality fabric known to man and do nothing about it when it's full of holes and not even 3 months old! AVOID this place at all costs!!!

HORRIBLE place, took 19 weeks and getting cussed out by the warehouse twice, for me to get my couch, a very cheaply made couch.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER> They are liars and rude. The delivery people are the rudest and LIE LIE LIE. Told furniture would be delivered after Wed. We call the salesperson on Wed and he has warehouse call us TROY tells us office now locked and he can't get paperwork to see why we haven't been called yet. will call back Thurs AM by 9:30. Calls after 10:30 and says can deliver next week they just got our paper work faxed over (thought it was locked up?). Advise we were expecting delivery Thurs or Friday per salesperson (I won't name him here as so far he has been the only one up front and honest). Per troy they are too busy and can't get it earlier. Amazing that we find out the Owner was the one who held up our paperwork and so he called and had them call us back and they said they would do us a favor and deliver on Sat. Ok can live with that. They just called and will supposodly be here on Sat. between 4-8 PM. It happens to be our wedding anniversary and we have dinner reservations so now they won't budge on time and again are RUDE (we made these plans when we thought furniture was being deliverd on Thurs or Friday).

Also BE VERY CAREFUL the newspaper ads they run do not say this (and I am pretty sure illegal not to) but if you want to do a credit transaction the price is higher than the advertised price though NO MENTION that the advertised price is cash only.

Wish we had read the other reviews prior to purchasing here.
