Hired by our insurer, they said nothing for 18 months about charging us, but then sent us a whopper of a bill for retroactive charges we had never agreed to or known about. Make sure you know up front what they will charge your for.

I had a fire in my home and some of my items were damaged. Even though they did a good job on dry cleaning the items. I had sticker shock on the price per garment and household item. I could of replaced some of the stuff cheaper. The service is also very slow. It is not a place your going to call looking for a sweater to be cleaned in a day.My insurance company didn't blink an eye paying this huge bill. If a sweater cost $4.50 at my local dry cleaner these people charged$12.00. Its funny how the insurance company paid the bill...makes me wonder.I should of taken this stuff to my local dry cleaner as it was barely dirty.
