THE WORST COMPANY IN THE UNIVERSE... RUN FOR THE HILLS... Jason the owner is the most unprofessional business man I have ever met. WE got out laminate floor throughout our entire 2600 square foot home around three years ago, and right out of the gate we had problems. Finally after three years, he agreed to change out the floor, this was after chasing him down, and put in a new tile floor as he himself shared along with his partner that this floor was bad. We even offered him, against our better judgement, to give him more work which involved extending the floor into the kitchen since we had an open floor plan. We were going to pay another $5K for the extension and stepping up to the plate. After all was said and done, this was to be done in November when I got back into town. I could not reach him. The messaging stopped, he will not return any calls and he does NOT back up what he says. He comes across as a really nice guy, but I am telling you.. .we paid around $10K for this floor, his partner and other people from his company came and all agreed the floor was bad and should be replaced, and we still can't reach him. I don't know who is making his reviews, but we have been more than patient with him and his company, and we are now at the point we are trying to warn others you are in for nothing but problems and if I were you considering flooring or anything for that matter, I would go elsewhere to a company that has a good reputation; that will back up what they say and not string you along. All the molding on our floors has fallen apart. I have fallen three times now from getting caught in the holes in my floor; there are gaps that are undeniable and we are really upset spending all this money with a guy who promised us the moon and gave us nothing in return. UPDATE 3.28.12. He has still not made good after promising to make it right. Anyone doing business with him or Lowes check out who is installing your floor as a subcontracter. If it is him, request another company. He does poor work and he is in process of claiming bankruptcy. I don't think he is even bonded or insured. If he was, he should have done what was needed to fix our floors which now are all coming apart, the molding is all broken off and the floor looks like it was cut around the edges by a 2 year old. We will now have to spend another 10K to replace this floor in order to sell this house. How unfortunate.

I shopped around. SOOOOOOOOOO much. like 16 places. They did not have 1/2 the knowledge and experience that these guys did. I swear I will ALWAYS go to them for ANY job. They did my shower and flooring..... BEAUTIFUL!!! They even referred me to a painter. He was SO GREAT!!! Name was Enrico or Eddie I think.. So nice!!! Would work longer than scheduled just to make me happy. These guys went ABOVE and BEYOND. Vanessa L.

I was shopping around for some one to install my floors, and then my friend referred me to French Quarter Flooring. I already felt comfortable because my friend's house came out so nice. They gave me a free quote, and it was within my budget, so I went with them. They showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after. They also followed up with me a few days later to see if I was 100% happy! Great customer service! Thank you F.Q.F.! Julie

I had French Quarter Flooring tear out existing carpet in my house and replace it with BEAUTIFUL hardwood Floors and then they tiled the bathrooms. I am so happy!! My house looks 10 times more spacious and clean!!!! Sincerely, Michelle G.
