I hate claims and dealing with insurance, however Tracy made this experience an absolute breeze. She helped me sort things with my insurance and was patient and so sincere the entire way. Thank you for the amazing service, Tracy! You are the best! It was my first experience with Freedom Auto Glass and it won't be my last one!

I spoke to Tracy initially and she provided the most amazing customer service. She was extremely helpful, informative, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and since I had to call back on a Saturday she made sure the girl in the office that Saturday (wish I could remember her name) he all the information needed so I didn't have to start the process all over. The technicians were awesome, called before coming and even got their right on tim. The technicians were fast and professional and gave me the $100 cash in hand. I recommended them to a friend and they have already been serviced! I definitely would recommend and use Freedom Auto Glass again!

Top tier all the way! The lady that took my initial call was friendly, helpful and and very knowledgeable. Today, Carlos and an assistant showed up, right on time, to replace my windshield - again, they were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have a beautiful, clean new windshield, clear instructions for the next two days, and $100 cash in my hands since I had a promo code from a recent coupon mailing. I've used Freedom Auto Glass twice now in the past couple of years. Both times they've been prompt, efficient and very professional. Today, the Customer Service rep Destiny helped me get same day service for my windshield replacement to avoid a safety issue. Destiny is the best and I am very pleased with the service so far from Freedom Auto Glass.

I had a great experience with the people here. We used them in the past to get my boyfriends windshield repaired and they were great so when my new car got a crack in the windshield I knew we needed to call them again they did everything with my pesky insurance company and came out and replaced my windshield within 2 days and they are fast! Very nice if we ever have any other windshield problems we know who we will call

I was very pleased with freedom auto glass! I have referred all my friends to them! They came to my work the same day I called them. The employee was very professional and friendly. Worked efficiently. Once the job was done. He gave me $100 cash and was done. I haven't had any issues with my new windshield!

I can only say the most positive things about Freedom Auto Glass.

My windshield had a chip which turned into a crack and needed replacement.
I put my info into their website on Thursday and received a call shortly after. After a couple quick questions, Wade talked to my insurance and called me back as a conference call with him and an insurance agent. Another couple of questions, very painless all in all.
I was given an appointment for Saturday, but as I am depending on my car for my job, Wade was so nice to schedule me in for the next day.
Two technicians (Mario and another guy - sorry I forgot the name) came by in the morning, were super friendly, inspected the windshield and the car and made me aware of a couple scratches.
Two hours later - they had to go back to the warehouse because of a mistake I made - the work was done and I have a new windshield and $100 in cash as promised.

I am more than happy with how quick and uncomplicated this all worked out and will definitely recommend them! Thanks again!

Initially, I was frustrated with not being able to set an appointment sooner than I wanted, but patience is a virtue.

I was able to get my glass repaired without me being present, and the work looks great! Reported to me when the repair guy showed up and when he was finished.

And right there in my car, was the $100 for the replacement :) I'd definitely recommend their service. They worked with my insurance and all I had to do was call and give them my information. Thank you Freedom!

Had a great experience today with my windshield replacement.
It was easy to schedule and get a claim going.
The install tech was right on time and communicated his arrival perfectly.
Install only took 40 mins or so, and as best I can tell (its been less than 10 hours), looks amazing.
I will come back for future business if needed.
