Forrest Anderson Plmg + Air Cond. installed a top of the line Trane 19i split heat pump and clean effects whole house air cleaner in my house when the old unit konked out. They informed me about all the options and accessories that would benefit my application and how, and let me decide.Their guys were kind, courtious,and respectful to my home as they installed the new unit, and they made sure I knew all about how to use it before they left my house. All in all i had a great experience with them, and I will definatly be usung them for all my plumbing and A/C needs.thx,Jennifer Church
