You should be allowed to give a half a star or no star. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. What a complete disappointment. Let me start by saying they didn't have sunflowers in stock at the time of my call (not a major issue). (Strike 1) $85 for a medium arrangement. It was medium in size, but after 2 days half of the flowers were dead or drooping. (Strike 2) They were in her office on the desk at 65 degree temperature so they shouldn't wilt and wither away like they did. I call to complain 12 minutes before they are due to close today and they don't answer the phone. (Strike 3) I cannot understand how businesses like this (you know them, the one's that exude little to no professionalism) are able to stay in business. I will never use their services again.

I went the convenient route and placed an order with a picture of what I wanted at a local "grocery store florist" with the caveat that they'd have to call me later with a price(?). 2 days later they called me to say only one type of flower I requested would be available to them to design my bouquet. Back to the drawing board I went and found Foothills Floral Gallery who looked at my picture, made suggestions, and designed an arrangement better than I could have dreamed of and on short notice besides. I'm telling everyone I know of their excellent and friendly service.

Foothill Florist made silk corsages for my daughter's wedding and they fell apart before the day was over. When I called after the wedding they refused to refund some of my money, but offered to remake the corsages. The flowers looked nice but I would never go there again.
