I called for a free estimate. Don gave me the best price I could find in Phoenix. I have a 2000sq ft house with 3 bedrooms that needed new carpet. We scheduled the appointment for a few days later (which scheduling was so easy and hassel free. They showed up on time and finished early. They're very fast and professional. I've already recommended them to my neighbors. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They quoted a very reasonable price, came out to my house quickly to appraise, and even though it took awhile to get it done (on my part), when I called, they came very quickly and had the work done in about 6 hours (1500 sq ft), did an excellent job, and the carpet looks GREAT! I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks, in a heartbeat. I was not disappointed in the slightest! GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Santiago Flores installed my carpet. He is the owner of the company. He got my carpet installed in no time at all. He was fast and the carpet looks perfect! He was also well mannered and respectful of me and my family. I highly recommend them. They are great!

They quoted me a reasonable price to put in flooring and carpeting upstairs in our home. They had very nice choices. They came on time to set appointments and were done in two days, 1 day for the carpet and 1 for the flooring. It looks beautliful. Friendly and courteous. I was very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

I just bought my first house and It was in real need of new carpet. I found Flores Carpeting On Craig's List. I had already gotten some quots from other Carpet companies.Some of the esimates I got were really high and some of them were not on time to our app. and others were just rude. Flores Carpeting was the most affordable. Don was on time and very helpful. My carpet was installed the next day! I was so happy with the job and the installer that I called in to let them know how happy I was with the carpet and their service. I found out that, one of the owners installed my carpet and the other owner came out for the estimate! I love the hands on service they gave me. Thanks Flores Carpeting!

Our lease was up on our house and well moving furniture we tore the carpet. I panicked because the land lord was doing an inspection of the property at 9:00 the next morning. It was already 7:00 PM and I didn't think we could get any one to come out this late. I called several carpet installers and Flores Carpeting was the only one's willing to come out and fix the tare that night. They got here with in the hour and fixed the problem. They did a great job. Because of them we got our deposit back!

Our decision to go with Flores Carpeting is one I will never regret. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. They always answered the phone every time I called. The installer was very professional and I am very happy with the job. The work was excellent! I would definitely recommend Flores Carpeting to a friend.
