Fleetwash is a mobile vehicle washing service available to fleet and vehicle owners. The service started in 1973 providing for the expanding transportation and distribution industry in the greater New York City area. Many companies had growing truck fleets that needed to be cleaned, and the original mobile truck washing idea took off and grew rapidly. The company follows environmental guidelines. In an era of environmental regulations concerning water purity, Fleetwash assumes responsibility for the isolation, collection, safe transportation, and final elimination of all wash water involved in its washing process. Fleetwash also offers a range of environmental services, including wastewater disposal, spill cleanup, hazardous and non-hazardous material handling. The company has more than 1500 employees and 475 washing/waste recovery vehicles in over 30 locations nationwide.
