The Worst...

The vet Dr. Wiblin was very abraisive and rude and did not have my pets best interest in mind. According to my regular vet Faust staff did not give me the correct information and exaggerated my pets condition. Not to mention trying to pinch every penny they could get. They also gave my pet a sedative during her time there which made her extremely weak, tired and nauseous. It took a full day for her to recover.

Unfortunately, no business can satisfy every customer. We have had two complaints in 10 years and both involved money. We practice the highest standards in veterinary care we are saddened that this client feels that his experience in our hospital was negative. We did try to satisfy this client but were unable to meet his needs.

One Awesome Vet!! Pit Bull Friendly!

I have been meaning to post a review about this vet----about a month ago I took our dog Hunny B, in for her shots and general check up---I was in the market for a new vet closer to my home--and used Kudzu to find it---when I called the office---the staff was SO friendly and welcoming and they got us on the books immediately---when the day of the appointment came--Hunny B. (our 2 year old Pit/Shar Pei) was of course going nuts when we walked in the door---the smells of all those other dogs probably consumed her! I started having anxiety because she kept barking and making all kinds of noise and the staff was just not even bothered by it and in fact thought she was really cute! They even had a basket on one of the tables in the waiting area that was filled with dog/cat treats!!! Boy was I glad to see those!! I can usually bribe Hunny B. into minding if I have "good girl" treats to give her---and this time was no different! They even said that they were pit bull friendly there---which was music to my ears because Pits usually get a bad wrap with everyone----but its the whole nature/nuture theory with any animal---its how you raise them that determines their temperment--the vet assistant was so nice and patient with HB---and Dr. Stinnett was fabulous with her! All in all I am super glad that we found a good vet and we wil definately be clients forever!! Thanks to you all! I need to bring you a picture!!

Caring People at Faust

If you are looking for a knowledgeable vet with a staff who cares, Faust is great.

Dr. Wiblin and staff took care of my senior cat, Roggin, with all the love and support I could have asked. I searched everywhere for someone I thought would do a great job and happened on them by accident. What a happy accident that was. As an educated professional, it's important to me to have a vet who can explain things in a professional yet friendly manner. As an animal "mommy" it is even more important for me to have a vet and staff that exhibits not only expertise, but compassion.

When my little guy passed away, Faust sent a beautiful note.

If you are new to town or just need a new vet, I highly recommend.
