It is a trap...when your belongings are on their truck - they demand payment in FULL!!!
A LITTLE ADVISE- read contract before signing and don't sign unless they give you a copy before start working...- they add info to signed contract without you knowing and when they have your property in their posession, they will shock you with new price¡¡¡
THE TRUTH IS - GUYS WORK VERY HARD!!!
But without much regards for your belongings, i.e. our sofa bed was damaged in the process...so was dresser

I hired this business on the recommendation of a friend who knows the owner, & two boy showed up to for the move everything went very wrong. All of the items that were to be moved were located in a 2 car garage, we had moved them there just a few days prior with no issues and no damage. The boys came in the same size truck that had been used before and began filling the truck without much thought given to packing things well so that they weren't damaged. Initially they loaded mostly boxes and plastic bins, everything had been staged with heavy items on bottom and light/small items on top. The movers placed things in reverse order with light /small items on the bottom and heavy large boxes on top, needless to say many of the boxes and their contents were damaged/destroyed. the boys caused damage to a white linen entertainment console by stepping on it and leaving dirty oil marks. The owner has refused to assess damages unless all negative reviews are removed and wants payment for this.
