This business is a joke, especially that girl Karla. She has no knowledge of insurance and does not know how to deliver customer service. She is very rude and does not like it when a client cancels with their office. When you ask to cancel, they send you the bill instead and pretend like you didnt ask to cancel, even when you have proof that you asked them. then they try to give you a hard time when you call them after you get a bill so that you stay with them. Dont waste your time with this company. They are horrible service. And this is not the only Agent that has horrible service I've tried 6 different ones and all my family and friends left this company as well!. I feel sorry for those of you who have to stay with this company.
