Wonderful Service!

Thank you Sue and Amanda. You both made my experience wonderful. Bill was excellent and showed intense knowledge of my product. They even fixed it on the first visit!

Farmer's Fitness = Great Service

If you have Life Fitness equipment and are in need of a repair, look no further than Farmer's Fitness. I tried to fix my elliptical cross trainer myself by dealing directly with Life Fitness. That turned out to be a huge mistake. After numerous phone calls to LF, replacement parts that did not fix my problem, and endless hours of sheer frustration, I finally broke down and called Farmer's Fitness. Kevin Farmer (the owner of the company) diagnosed a very rare problem and got me up and running again! I found Kevin to be professional, honest, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He also went out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule. Kevin could have easily taken advantage of me and charged me much more for his services. Farmer's is the primary service provider for LF in Arizona. Kevin supports the local gyms and has a wealth of experience working on Life Fitness machines. Very highly recommended! Mark

The Worst - Look elsewhere

I can not believe the service provided by Farmers Fitness. After taking three months to repair my treadmill due to extended delays with their service delivery, rescheduled appointments, and misdiagnosing the problem; my treadmill still does not work. After calling to schedule a follow up appointment, the owner arrived at my home and refused to repair my unit without charging me again (after I have already paid and had the problem misdiagnosed and they took over 3 months to not repair my unit). I then had to explain that any additional fees for the same repair work should have been communicated at the time I scheduled the appointments. He then said, "Fkuc it, I will just take a look at the damn thing" within an earshot of my 3 year old daughter. Obviously, I then excused him and have chosen to pay someone else to repair their work rather then give Farmers any more money for this very low quality of service

I would hire them again!!

Outstanding customer service from start to finish!! My treadmill looks and works like it did when it was new!!

Do't do it

Slow to show, non-resposive, frustrating. Started trying to work with them 8 weeks ago. They finally showed, pronounced they would order parts, have not heard from them since and they don't return my emails or phone calls. Too bad, he seemed like a nice guy. Don't waste your time.
