Save yourself the heartache and pain, go to someone you know and trust. If you haven't been here before you'll be doing yourself a favor to just keep walking to the next salon. Don't take a chance, the stylists apparently aren't screened. Or trained. Or know what scissors go where. I look like I did at 4-years-old when I fell asleep with gum in my mouth, which of course ended up in my hair forcing me to cut it out with the big girl scissors before I got in trouble for chewing gum in bed. I'm sure I am more horrified now than my mother was then because now I appreciate how long it takes to grow hair down to my waist! I was refunded my whopping $14 and now I get to live with this horrifically bad hair cut for who knows how many years.
