This was my 3rd and FINAL time going there. My last visit I explained to the gentleman owner/manager that if I was going to pay for the additional callous remover $5 cost, that i wanted it on there long enough and done well, not rushed. Well when i sat down and had my pedicure done it WAS rushed (the place was almost empty maybe one other customer in there at the time--no reason to be rushed) and the lady barely had the solution sitting on my foot for no more than a minute before she scrubbed away and she didn't even apply it to my heal where it needed the most attention. Frustrated, I just wanted to pay and get out. Pedicure AND manicure and I was done in less than an hour, would you say that is rushed?...I consider it is! Very disappointed. They are friendly and the facility is nice but what's the point if you can't leave happy or they don't have the ability to listen to what is important to the client. Wasted money will find salon elsewhere. I went here because it was conveniently close to home and had a fairly decent experience the first time around. Second time I was not thrilled, and that's why I was specific on the 3rd time to tell them exactly what I wanted, but still not better or didn't honor my request even though they acknowledged my request with "sure no problem" response to me. I wouldn't recommend. They lost my business.

ps: I heard the other customer telling her nail tech too that she wanted things corrected and she had to tell her over and over again, it's like they don't really care about the customers happiness, they just want the money and be done.

I've been going here for a few months. Isn't a luxury I get often. Benn 4 times now. The treatment and service is excellent. It's well run/managed, and each person has taken really good care of me. It's clean, the massage chairs are great, great atmosphere for a walkin salon.

The other two reviews really surprised me. It's the only place I will ever go...they are so nice to me, they always take their time to give me (in my opinion) the best manis and pedis I've ever gotten. Mind you, this is not a five star resort. So if you're used to that, a nail salon in a plaza is probably not going to be up to standard. I have to say though, it's pretty close. Good selection of colors. Nice massage chairs. Great prices. Talented staff. I don't go elsewhere.

Had seen some good reviews on Yelp so I called. Thought the guy who answered was rude but I still decided to go. I was shocked that their tools were not packaged. There was no way for me to know if they in fact were sterilized. The technician used a torn piece of paper towel to wipe my nails. Every place I've ever been uses a towel. She did do a fine job and to get a shellac mani for $25 was a good deal.

This place was horrible, The staff here was so rude, I went with my sister to get pedicures and the girl said I needed the calus remover and said because your feet are horrible looking I thought she was joking so I laughed and she than stated no Im not kidding, They were so rude to even another customer who was taking along time to find a polish and the place was dead and they told here to hurry up, The give you a half a*** massage and my pedicure was $40.00 nothing special and the water was cold in the bowl. I never complain but it was the most uncomfortable pedicure I have ever had and I would never EVER return here.
