DON'T EVER DO SPECIAL ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T HAVE HOPES OF THEM RESPONDING QUICKLY TO ANY REQUESTS OR EVEN EXPECT THAT THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS!
When I found out that the company does special orders, I called my local farm in Arizona to place a special order for my daughters wedding.
I called and left a message 1 month before the event explaining what I needed. They called me back the very next day which was nice. The guy told me that we usually needed 30 days notice to do special flowers but since it was only a couple of days less, they should be able to still do the order. I explained what colors I was needing and he assured me that they should be able to do that for me but need to double check and he said he would call me back shortly with the findings. That man never called me back. After 4 days of waiting, I called them and left a message. Another 3 days went by and still no call back so I called and left a message. AFTER 2 LONG WEEKS and several attempts to get a hold of them I called again and left yet another message in an attempt to have them call me back. Finally a lady called me back the very next day. She told me that no order had been submitted for me 2 weeks ago but that they didn't need a months notice and still had time to make my order. I got excited that there was still hope so I explained the colors I was needing and that they had already made the exact arrangements only 2-3 weeks before and sold them at Costco. She told me that they can only do certain colors on each specific week and that the week I needed my flowers, they were only doing red white and purple arrangements and would not be able to make orange and purple arrangements that I needed. AT THIS POINT I WAS PISSED! What's the point of having "special orders" if they can only do specific colors each week??? I was so furious that now they had wasted 2 weeks of my precious time and now I had to pay more money to get what I needed.
