This practice is A++ for me! I love the physicians, but the NP's are FANTASTIC when I need to get in in a pinch. The office staff is busy, but really friendly. I've been a patient here for years and years and they've never let me down.

I had an appointment there today this was the second time I ever went there. When I arrived at the clinic location on Tatum and Shea the girl at the front desk informed me that my appointment was cancelled because the dr I was to see was it there today. I asked if I was called and she informed me that someone called me a month ago and left me a vm. I informed the girl I did not receive a call from anyone I took the day off of work to come to my appt and when I asked if I could be seen I was refused. I asked for the manager Laura to call me so that I can inform her of her staff rude behavior and she called me and was just as rude. I explained to her why happened and her response was " so what exactly would you like me to do!" I will not go anymore to this clinic the staff is unprofessional and rude and so is the management!

I have used this office and one too many times I waited over an hour to be seen. One time I waited two hours! they gave me six months of birth control pills for free becuase I was upset so I decided to give them another chance, next couple of times I still waited over an hour to be seen. I though I had to stay and go there because I was midway thru my pregnancy, well I decided after the last appointment, which I walked out of because I waited one hour and twenty minutes, I will no longer go to them. They are either over booked or have too many problematic patients. Either way my time means nothing to them. I am a working mom I need my paychecks in there entirety and everytime I have to take a half day off to see a doctor it costs me money!! It is rediculous to wait well over an hour to be seen, I get that sometimes sh*t happens but it happens so often there that it's not worth going.

Providing quality care. Does that mean keeping you waiting in a gown for over an hour? I waited this long and nobody came in until 45 minutes into it an assitant said the practitioner was running behind and didn't know when she would be in. So I waited an additional 20 minutes and still no one. I finally walked out. So much for making an apointment. I drove across town just to see someone and made arrangements for a babysitter to watch my kids. It was so rude and disrespectful for this office to treat their patient. My time is just as vauluable than theirs. I am disappointed and will not return. It's a revolving door when it comes to nurses over there since I have been going I have seen a different practitioner each time with the comment "Oh, she doesn't work her anymore". I wonder why? There are manny other places to choose from! Don't waste your time here.

I have received facial care from Julie and Marcella several times and always leave feeling pleased with the high level of care I received. These ladies treat you with respect, explain the treatment you will receive and make sure you are comfortable. I will not go to any other office to receive my skin care.

I have been going to Camelback Women's Health for a couple of years now. I have had multiple services from their aesthetics department. Julie Van Drunen and Debra Randall are extremely professional, fair and honest. They really treat you like family.

Julie Van Drunen is the best for botox injections and overall service. She absolutely knows what she is doing. Very professional, yet personable and doesn't oversell. She gives you what you need and CWH is reasonably priced. Julie also turned me onto Latisse and I'm thrilled with the results.

I was raised in a medical household specializing in women's care. My first visit unfortunately was a bad one - I had lost the baby. Dr. DeSanto was amazingly caring and worked to ensure that I was not only physically but emotionally ok. In the follow ups, he focused on my goals which were to have a baby. He took the time to hear what I said, how I felt and to answer my questions. His nurse is a doll and she always takes the time to get to know me and where I am at emotionally on the process. This office is dedicated to the goals of the patient and focused on real care. While there is a bit of a wait, I would rather have that and know that the doctor and staff are taking their time with their patients. Cannot say enough about this office!

I have gone to have facials and chemical peels before but Marcella is the best when it comes to any type of chemical peels, microdermobrasions etc. She keep up to date on the latest types of peels and I trust her to decide what type of peel my skin needs. She also did my permanent eye liner and lips which I absolutely LOVE!!! I feel she is the best in the industry and wouldn't go to anyone else.

I was so pleased with my visit with my OB's office yesterday that I had to write a review to let everyone know what a great office this is. The office is in a great area and had plenty of parking. I checked in at the front desk and the ladies were very pleasant. The waiting room was very pretty with beautiful artwork. There was plenty of reading material. I had to wait, but when the nurse called me back, she was also very nice. The exam room was a typical doctors office exam room- nothing fancy- except they had ultra cool video computer screens and I could pick out topics which interested me. Dr. Nelson was amazing-- very calming, very kind and nurturing-- worth every second of the wait!!!!! I finally found a medical office that felt comforting and where I was treated nicely. I just had good vibes from the minute I called to schedule my appointment to the minute I left. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new OB/Gyn office.

I have been a patient at this practice for 10 yrs. I can't imagine putting my health in anyone else's trust.

This is a wonderful office that I've been going to for years. The Dr's are top-notch and the nurse practitioners are excellent, too.
