I thought my belongings would be safer in a storage unit here while I was in the process of moving. Boy was I wrong! I had most of my belongings stolen from my unit, and their in house insurance wouldn't cover me because they determined that it was theft, and they said they only cover "Burglary". I tried to contact the corporate office, and after 4 weeks I cannot get past the basic customer service representative.

They give you a free lock, your first month free, and all you need at move-in is $28.00. They will even let you stay for a month or less and still pay only the $28.00. Friendly staff, secure property, and one of the cleanest storage places I've ever seen. Overall an amazing experience. The only place I would store my stuff and never worry about it. Reccommend to anyone who needs storage.
