I won't go into details on what Expert Virus Removal Phoenix did for me and my computer issues recently but I will say that he went above and beyond yet again, he's a real life saver. In an industry full of greedy IT guys trying to get every penny from you for every second they even consider looking at a computer or dishing out advice its refreshing to find someone as helpful as Expert Virus Removal Phoenix who doesn't fit that mold. You really won't find computer assistance this knowledgeable and reasonable anywhere else so don't even bother looking. Thanks again

My computer started acting funny and i was getting spammed by random pop ups and ads. then my computer started slower and slower then all my games crash, it was like having a computer back in the eighty's random processes started popping up. when i tried to end them another started, couldn't even turn my computer off unless i unplugged it. tried different companies but they wouldn't answer their phone or was asking an outrageous price. i was getting desperate so i asked a friend who recommended Technokoz, saved me money and now i got my computer back.!!!

One day I got an email ad inside my inbox about a new antivirus software. I downloaded it just to see how the software compared to mine. That was a silly deadly mistake I later find out. When I finished installing the program all hell broke loose. Can’t remember doing something wrong during the installation but just after the installation my keyboard was playing me tricks. You punch A on the keyboard and you get P, C, Y, on the screen etc… I couldn’t understand it!! Then the numbers and the control buttons started playing me tricks too and my keyboard was messed up. So I installed the old program again hoping to get a fix but that didn’t help either. I did a full scan on my hard drive but my old program detected nothing. I was so hopeless I decided to run up and down my computer but nothing changed there too. I did this a couple of times until my computer crashed. After exchanging a few words the tech guy knew what the problem was and in less than one hour he brought my computer back to life. What a relief… I was so happy, my computer was working again and I learned a lesson! I can’t thank them enough!
