Do not book this place, they do not care about customers, all they care about is the money. They are no help with any situation and start talking about their own problems like its the clients fault. Then when pressed on any topic the bring up that they have “very good lawyers.” Do not do business here, save yourself the headache.

Just last week we had a quince and it was a very bad service then they dont care about clients but they care about the money only. I dont recommend this place to anybody.

Awful! Beware! Theft! Please research before getting services with Albert Sainz photography I had a quincenera last year and ordered 2 beautiful albums with Albert now 12 months later- have not received my albums. I will taking him to small claims court. I tried to be civil with him,but he has not returned call/text/anything.History on albert you might want to know. He was with the hall called "royal guarden" it was all over the news (phoenix and mesa). Was a hall that scammed hundreds of people. Now working for "Exclusivo hall" in phoenix.
And as far as the hall they kept a third of my deposit stated the boys bathroom was a mess and my party broke 8 glasses. Which i find it extremely hard to believe no evidence of broken anything. We had an amazing group of kids.This place is a rip off- i contacted the people from the hall and basically also blew me off (Jeanette).
Hall is beautiful-but thefts.People please google royal garden scam in phoenix&mesa- Albert Sainz was part of that crew.
