these ppl should work for corporate store, they are very very helpful, i have been to many cricket stores in town i would say these are the best. i been paying $5 every month for insurance on my phone and after 7 month my phone droped and i had a big crack on it and went to the corporate to get my insurance claim, they were charging me 85 to get a new phone, while i bought the phone for 50! so i found this place in metro center mall and not only they fixed my screen for cheaper price but they also gave me a very good deal on a new android and gave me very good customer service. they also gave me good deal on ghost armor so i dont crack my screen again. thank guys, i will definitely recommend my families and friends to you guys, thanks bunch!

these ppl r the best and i would say the quickest, they full flashed my phone less than 2 mins plus they gave me really good deal on evo 3d......def check this place out, these guys r tight yall..keep up the good work guys!

THE GUYS NAME IS KEVIN. he fixed my water damage iphone 3gs. other places kept my phone for 2 weeks and they all couldnt fix it. this guy kept it for 24-hours and fixed my phone and gave me 15 days warranty.....i give his 5/5

best in town..i needed my phone flashed, and buy 2 phones for my wife and son and these guy really hooked me up. other place was charging me 220 for the whole deal but these only charged me 140, they gave me 2 free android and flashed my phone for only 25!! someone was charging me 45!! they always have very good deals on phones, repairs, and flashes...im so glad i found this place.....

this place is awesome..i went 5 diff cricket stores and none of them could flash my phone but these guys did, my new galaxy s2 4g from sprint, what surprised me the most was it took em only 5 mins to full-flash the phone, and they gave me wrranty and all..def go check this place out they can full flash almost any phone.

These guys are CROOKS, I bought a phone they claimed was fully flashed and told me I had 15 days to return it. This was on a friday, I brought it back the following Tuesday (5 days later), and the would not take it back, exchange it for another phone and basically tried to blame us for the phone not working under their service terms. They offered to buy back a $200 phone for $45 which is a refurbished rate. I simply left before giving them anymore of my time. I did NOT have a YP account before this, but it warranted my civic duty to other consumers to warn them to STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND KIOSK IN METROCENTER MALL. I would rate this place -5 if I could...

This store sucks! I bought a phone & had it activated only to find out that half of the features I pay for are not working! I was told that this new phone would do everything my last phone did. As it turns out, thats incorrect. I called to tell the person who answered, about the problems Ive encountered and I needed them corrected. I would have been better off attempting to sprout wings and fly to the moon! The response I got was, "We are too busy right now (Saturday afternoon) and you will need to call back or come in on Monday." Whaaaaaaat? Too busy? Thats NOT my problem...or rather, it shouldnt be. Afterall, they werent too busy to take my money when I bought the phone! Evidently thats where their priorities are. Sell the phones and to hell with the problems. What a bunch of garbage...garbage...GAR BAGE! I will never go back to this store! I will tell EVERYONE I know that has Cricket service and even those who dont, just how crappy the customer service is if you have a problem. They are more than glad to take your money...but thats it! BUYER BEWARE. This place SUCKS! I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews beforehand because I would have known prior that I was going to be kicked to the curb after they took my money. I WILL report them to Cricket. The creeps. There needs to be a negative star rateing for this place because 1 star is 1 too many!

They sell phones listed on Craigslist as "brand-new in unopened box"; however, today I was told by the owner's son that they are "rebuilt" broken or returned phones! This is false advertising, and I suffered greatly financially for it. They are currently under investigation.

I went to Everybody Loves Wireless because I was told that they offer a replacement screen for my T-Mobile G1. I asked the sales rep and he told me that they offer a same day replacement for $80 including parts and labor, and told me that the process takes 45 minutes and that he himself will be doing the work. I went back in 45 minutes and was told that he got busy with other customers, but my phone would be done in 30 more minutes. 30 minutes later, same story. Two and a half hours later, I was told that my phone was done and the rep handed me my phone, in worse shape than when I dropped it off. The bracket that holds the sliding screen was bent, the keyboard was not properly aligned, the cover from the charging slot was completely gone. When I pointed out the flaws, I was told that "that is just how these phones are." When I told him that my phone was not like that when I dropped it off, he got defensive and told me that it "was a miracle that he is as fast as he is, and I should be happy that he got it done." It wasn't done and he got angry when I told him that. He then told me that I had two choices, leave him my phone to work on and he would give it to me at a later date, or he would take my phone apart and give me the pieces and I can do it myself. He then told me that it wasn't a big deal to be without my phone for a day. He treated me like I was a jerk for expecting him to honor his word. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! They will treat you like garbage and then charge you for it!!

This place ripped me off when I went to purchase a battery for my tmobile dash they took the phone behind thier counter and put the battery in , when I got home and took the back of my phone off the battery was never replaced! I then went back again and was given a used battery and told one would be ordered for my phone which never happened they said it was my phone having issues and not the battery so I left the phone with them to be fixed I picked it up the next day and they stole my memory card out of my phone I went back to thier store asking for it they lied and denied untill I refused to take it and about 3 hours later my memory card suddenly appeared! They sold me a bad battery for my phone that cost me over $30 that was used and no good and refused to make it right! I turned to Dr. Cellular who charges half what everybody loves wireless charges and I bought a new battery from them and my phone has been fine ever since!
