BEWARE!!! Make sure you ask about "ALL" charges as they do not feel it is their responsibility to inquire as to whether or not you have stairs even though they charge extra per flight. They also do not think they need to disclose other 'hidden" charges until after they have moved you. Which by the way was not in their own moving vans but in rental trucks. Even though they want you to pay in cash or cashier's check, how do you do that when they don't quote you a firm price. Ours was more than double the quote. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This site makes you given them a star rating so I was forced to give the 1 Star, but I would do negative if I could.
