They ruined my expensive silk blouse with their dry cleaning chemicals which caused several holes in the arms and back. The owner Melissa refused to acknowledge and take responsibility for causing it, even though she is the one who took it and looked it over when I dropped it off two days prior. She said it was caused by wearing it! She refused to reimburse me and make things right. Needless to say I will never go back, I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague, and have reported it to the BBB. I will drive across town for a reputable dry cleaners any day, than deal with somebody who blatantly lies, and has no problem doing so, and damages customers' property and dismisses it.

Took silk jumpsuit for cleaning. Obviously not cleaned or pressed. Still had the leg wrinkles at the thighs AND the spot I pointed out. Was a loyal customer and will NEVER go there again. Very poor excuses on the phone from the employee and the Manager. Would not give refund nor credit. Good luck Escalade!
