I have been renting out car for last 5 months at this location, and it’s been a nightmare. The executives at this center have no respect for the business and for the customer’s time. They are impolite, not helpful at all and they lie with pride (not knowing something is fine buy lying is unacceptable). To give you an idea, why I say the service at this center does not get more than 1 star,

1) The executives at this center were charging me for more than what I was supposed to pay (because I switched out to a different car) after I resisted I was asked to come back again twice and then after spending hours of explaining them that they cannot charge me more than the monthly amount I signed up, they fixed up this issue.

2) Now the 2nd issue which has taken my 3 visits to this center, the car they gave me (Volkswagen Jetta) had Inspection sign coming up & alignment issue since I rented the car and I was told to come back any day and they would change the car (in 1st place they should not rent out cars which have mechanical issues). Last weekend I went to the center to switch out the car, I was told they do not have a car today and come back again, I was told that someone will call me up once they have another car in the same segment to switch out, which never happened. Yesterday I called them up on my way back from office and I was told I can come over for a switch out. I reached the center around 5:20PM and kept waiting for 30 mins for an executive to talk to me. Later on I was told they are getting me another Volkswagen Jetta from a different location, which never happened, and then they told me that they can only give me a Kia Soul instead. (How on earth they expect to go to a hatch back at the cost of a standard size sedan). I refused and asked for a switch out for same segment car as I was paying higher, I was given a blatant lie by the Manager of the location (Ryan Walters) that I am paying for compact segment car and he cannot give me a car from higher segment. He also told me that he is not interested in discussion with me after 6 o clock and rather spend time with his family after I told him that he has wasted my time again for the 3rd time.



I would never recommend any one to rent out from this location ever. This has been my worst experience at Enterprise. I have rental history of more than 1.6 years with Enterprise and I am surprised at the pathetic service at this location. The senior management should look at this and intervene as this is giving bad name to their brand.

Had collision repairs done on 2 separate occasions and found the work to be excellent. Attention to detail makes it impossible to tell that the car has been repaired.
