Great First time experience with this location. Very upbeat and prompt service from the pick up to the drop off. I was pleased.

This was the worse experience ever to rent a car and I will never rent from Enterprise again. My mothers brother died and I thought renting from Enterprise was going to be better then Hertz, WRONG. First the car had an issue not sure what happened but it just stopped on us on our way to Kansas City, MO. Called road side and they basically said we can take you to the airport but then called back saying the car needed to go to a collision place and that I will have to find a ride to the airport because my mom and I both couldn't ride together in the tow truck. So we were left on the side of the road at 4am in Wichita which we knew nothing about. Called an Uber to come get us to take us to the Wichita airport and after being 15 minutes showing up the counter the guy and his manager made me wait 45 minutes before they would give me a new car not considering what we have already been through or that we were trying to get home since my moms brother died. This was the worse compassion ever.

Why anyone uses other car rental companies is beyond my understanding. Enterprise will come & get you & always have a few different "new" vehicles for you to choose from. With personal car repairs this past month I've driven a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze, a 2015 Chrysler 200 & a couple Nissan Versas! The number one thing is customer service& Enterprise does it with gusto! Andrew, Ryan & Stephanie do a great job helping customers get where they're going! A wonderful experience, I may do it again this weekend!

Terrible rude management. Got a head bob and a hand out while the manager Rachel "was trying to have a conversation with me". This location gives Enterprise a very bad name.
